Celebrated my grandma's birthday there. I would say traditional German restaurant. Me and my wife are vegan and had already prepared for an evening with french fries and ketchup. And then there was just vegan cordon bleu (I think that from Rügenwälder Mühle) with fried vegetables (and french fries) and it was simply one of the most delicious vegan dishes I have ever had in a restaurant!

We had a very tasty lunch today, robber's skewer and schnitzel were extremely good. We also talked to the host about the old days at Hermannia, a nice memory for my parents! We will be back!

Tonight on the 8th of December we visited the Schillereck in Kassel, the small narrow waiter who supposedly sat for the big room where we had an event during the day. The thin little waiter did not really notice us. We had to ask our drinks 10 times to come Head waiter took care of our drinks so that within a certain time they were on the spot with him we were very happy with what I can say that the small narrow waiter. Unfortunately, the head waiter has apologized to us after he said that we were very satisfied with his service from the head waiter we as a group under these conditions, the Schillereck Kassel visit again on condition that the waiter served us personally

Great steaks. Very good price-performance ratio. And the boss collects personally and asks how the food tasted. Top.

Food was good. Only the wait from the service and the kitchen were absolutely too long. A good 1.5 hours 🙄

You should definitely order table it is always very crowded ... The staff is super nice ... but you also have to wait long for the food but the food is really good ... a top address for Schnitzel Fans ... Hammer👍👍

Nice and satisfying

I always like it. The food is delicious, the service and the boss very friendly. Also good for birthday parties in a small circle. Do not be scared of the area and how it looks outside. ;) All in all, very nice.

very warm and quite place... at the back alley away from city point kassel... BIG PORTION for me....

Surprisingly good German food. Off the beaten path, hence many locals, few tourists. Still they have menu in English. Staff is nice and authentic.
